1. We typically ship within 24hrs to 48hrs on weekdays depending on stock. If the order is time-sensitive, please call us for additional details and options. We ship Mon-Fri, so orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be shipped per the above parameters.
2. We are not responsible for severe weather or disaster delays at origin or destination of any item sold – this is within the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
3. We do not ship to the following locations: Hotels for their guests, PO Boxes, UPS Stores, Freight forwarders (Skybox type services) or any other location other than the purchaser’s actual location
4. Undeliverable shipments will be subject to a fee of up to $20
5. If the carrier fails to deliver within the timeframe of the service request, the carrier will be responsible for any refund of shipping fees.
Sales Tax applies to FL customers only unless customer us with a valid and tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location & business type, prior to order processing,
Shipping and billing address must be the same for the order to proceed. Otherwise, the different shipping address must be on file with your credit card company for address verification, please reach out to them to add this if necessary.
Payment for the products will be made by US Credit Card. We do not accept credit cards that are issued by foreign banks. Our Credit Card Policy requires all shipments to be sent only to the account holder’s address on file with the credit card provider or bank. For security, we cannot redirect packages to an address other than the cardholder address confirmed when the order was placed.
At our discretion, we may also require that you: 1. Fill out & sign the Card Authorization form, and include a copy of your Driver License/State Issued Photo ID & Front and Back Copies of the Credit Card. This information will only be used for processing the order, and after the processing retention time, will be destroyed.
We reserve the right to reject any order.
Late Fee & Collection Policy: A Late Fee of 1.5% (or Highest Rate Permitted by Law, if less) per month will be assessed on the Total Balance Due when more than 30 days past due. If a nonpayment of balance occurs, and the balance is referred to a collection agency, then any and all collection fees would be due in addition to any late fees.
All Cardholder information passes through a secure payment gateway. As such, we do not store cardholder information on the website. We do not share customer information with 3rd parties beyond our logistics & distribution centers, solely for order fulfillment.
We continually upgrade and revise products and prices and may revise and discontinue products or change prices at any time without giving prior notice.
All software is provided is subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken.
All products are not intended for Sale in North Korea, Myanmar, Iran, Libya, Syria, Sudan and Cuba or any other country subject to US Export Restrictions of any kind.
Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days please contact the manufacturer regarding warranty status.
All Licenses, Support Contracts, Digital Goods, and all other non-Physical Goods Such are not returnable.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. All replacements are shipped ground unless the customer pays for a faster method.
All Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable.
All shipments and serial numbers are scanned prior to shipment.
Product Damaged in Transit/ Shipping: If you receive a package/box that shows obvious sign of damage, please refuse the shipment/Package. The shipping carrier( ex. FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS) is responsible for these damages, not you. Upon opening the package, if you discover that the item was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately for an inspection. Then please contact us within 3 business and we will assist in filing a claim. If you fail to report within 3 Business days, we will not be responsible for the damage claims. Physically damaged products are not returnable to us.
If you received a defective/DOA item, a replacement will be shipped to you after an RMA claim has been filed in accordance with the RMA policies. If a defective product is RMAed and the product is found to be working by us, we will charge a 15% RMA case fee.
In case of any potential defects in the material, please call 786-228-9160 and ask for the RMA dept. The RMA procedure must be followed in order to proceed, no exceptions made. Products returned without an RMA number are not considered as returns and will be returned to the customer and shipping fees billed. All returns back to us must be received within 10 days or the RMA will be considered void.
For the first 14 days after re receive your order, in case of defects in the material, we will first try to replace the merchandise. We can continue to replace the merchandise as long as it remains under the period of the original manufacturer warranty. If we fail to replace the merchandise, we will refund the actual selling price of the merchandise. We reserve the right to decide whether we will replace or refund the order.
Our 14-day return policy does not cover the results of:
1. Accident; abuse; neglect; shock; electrostatic discharge; heat or humidity beyond product specifications; improper installation/operation/maintenance or modification;
2. Any misuse contrary to the manufacturer guidelines
3. Lost passwords;
4. Malfunctions caused by other equipment.
Our return policy acceptance is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover). Our return policy does not cover data loss or damage to other equipment. Also, consequential damages; incidental damages; and costs related to data recovery, removal and installation are not recoverable under our return policy.
Limitation of Liability
WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
